Cancellation policy/Deposit.

There is a $75 deposit required to book your injection appointment. This is non-refundable. NO exceptions.

This deposit will go towards services rendered on the day of your appointment.

A minimum of 5 days are required to change your appointment. If you need to reschedule, it MUST be rescheduled a minimum of 5 days from the initial appointment.

If you need to reschedule and it is less than 5 days from your appointment an additional $75 deposit will need to be made, if you are unable to do so then you forfeit your deposit.
